After studying Drama and English at degree level, Caroline attended the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA), gaining a diploma in Stage Management and Technical Theatre.  She then worked for over 15 years in the entertainment industry as a Stage, Company and Production Manager at venues such as the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, the Royal Opera House and Earls Court and Olympia Venues.
